A whole raw frozen lobster from Homarus Americanus species is carefully select from North Atlantic coast of Canada. It goes through a special production process using Ultra-high pressure (UHP) that can kill all the bacteria. Therefore, it can be safely eaten raw like sashimi. The UHP technique helps lock the juice, taste, color, texture and nutrient of the lobster. Moreover, it also makes it easier to separate the meat from its shell.
